Like Residence 9, it features a beautifully flush sash appearance both internally and externally, creating clean sightlines and an authentic timber-style aesthetic suitable for both traditional and modern homes.

Its versatile design makes it ideal for period renovations, conservation projects and contemporary new-build properties. A choice of five glazing bead options, from simple square profiles to decorative finishes, allows homeowners to tailor the appearance to suit their property, while Timberweld butt-joint and mitre-welded sash options help create a truly authentic timber look.
